The flexi+ community platform app is an innovative membership-based community ecosystem specifically designed for clients of the group's flexistore and flexispace businesses, including startups, freelancers, and SMEs. It combines three core functions: "user convenience," "resource integration and sharing," and "creating added value."

Members can reserve meeting rooms, rent shared spaces, or view rental periods through a dedicated mobile application. The platform also serves as the primary official information dissemination channel, providing regular, real-time updates on flexistore and flexispace. Going beyond traditional space rentals, the platform has evolved into a business development platform. We provide members with promotional pages to showcase their tenants' business development and promotion, proactively identifying potential partners and clients.

In addition, members can use flexi+ to book our event venues for workshops, seminars, product launches or social events, transforming physical spaces into hubs for innovation and relationship building.

To enhance member loyalty and give back to the community, we have established a "Membership Points Rewards System." Members' past spending will accumulate points, which can be redeemed for venue rental fees, service upgrades, or exclusive offers from partner merchants, continuously creating added value and benefits for members that exceed expectations.
